私わたしはいとこが大学だいがくを選ぶえらぶためにアドバイスしました

I gave advice to my cousin for choosing a university.

いとこは高校こうこうを卒業そつぎょうする予定よていですから大学だいがく選びえらびが大切たいせつです。

Since my cousin is planning to graduate from high school, choosing a university is important.

私わたしはまず大学だいがくの種類しゅるいを説明しましたせつめいしました。

I first explained the types of universities.

いとこは国公立こくこうりつ大学だいがくと私立しりつ大学だいがくの違いちがいが分かりませんでしたわかりませんでしたがとても興味きょうみを持ちましたもちました。
